Our Warehouses

We fulfil orders from two warehouses: one located in Australia and one located in the country of manufacture.

How It Works

Your order will be dispatched from the warehouse that provides the most suitable shipping option based on your location, product availability, and shipping rates.

For Australian customers, orders will generally be dispatched from our Australian warehouse where stock is available.

If an item has sold out in the warehouse closest to you but is still available from our other warehouse, you will still be able to place an order. In this case, delivery times may be longer than usual due to the item being dispatched from an alternative warehouse.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery is estimated to take 4-8 business days.

Please note that dispatch times and delivery times are separate. You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is currently available within Australia & United Kingdom only.

Most orders are shipped at a flat rate of $9.95 AUD, however final shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of your order, discounts and your delivery location.

Unexpected Delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated shipping timeframe shown at checkout. Delays can occur due to external factors such as courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside of our control.
